Peter's first food memory is dipping steamer clams in melted butter at his grandparents' home on the East End. Prior to opening Perennial, Peter and his wife, a South Shore native, spent their weekends collecting produce at Long Island's farmers markets, visiting local craft breweries and sharing the table with family and friends. Inspired by Long Island's farms, vineyards and waters, Peter is proud to share his passion for hospitality in the heart of Nassau County.
"Perennial" means something that returns year after year. It's a commitment to the growing seasons and to the dedicated people who grow and harvest great food.
